Return & Damage Policy

All sales are considered final. Due to the nature of office furniture and used items, we only accept returns in the event that a product arrives damaged or is not functioning as described.

Eligible Returns

A return or replacement will be accepted only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • The item is not working properly at the time of delivery

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

Conditions

  • The product must be in the same condition as delivered

  • Photos or videos documenting the issue may be required

  • We reserve the right to inspect the item before approving a return or replacement

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Normal wear consistent with used or refurbished furniture

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Fit, size, color, or style preferences

  • Damage caused after delivery or improper use

Resolution

If a return is approved, we will:

  • Repair the item,

  • Provide a replacement (if available), or

  • Issue a refund at our discretion

Delivery and handling fees are non-refundable.
