Return & Damage Policy
All sales are considered final. Due to the nature of office furniture and used items, we only accept returns in the event that a product arrives damaged or is not functioning as described.
Eligible Returns
A return or replacement will be accepted only if:
The item arrives damaged, or
The item is not working properly at the time of delivery
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
Conditions
The product must be in the same condition as delivered
Photos or videos documenting the issue may be required
We reserve the right to inspect the item before approving a return or replacement
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Normal wear consistent with used or refurbished furniture
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Fit, size, color, or style preferences
Damage caused after delivery or improper use
Resolution
If a return is approved, we will:
Repair the item,
Provide a replacement (if available), or
Issue a refund at our discretion
Delivery and handling fees are non-refundable.
